摘要
对近五年来入选的世界最佳葡萄园进行分布和特征分析,发现新世界酒庄葡萄园连续五年入选最佳葡萄园的数量是旧世界酒庄葡萄园的3倍;新世界酒庄葡萄园规划设计建设突出葡萄和葡萄酒特点,选址在葡萄酒主产区的丘陵山地,以科学理念依山而建,可持续理念种植管理,进行设计景观化并融合酒店功能,使得葡萄酒酒庄成为一二三产业深度融合的典范而被广泛认可,对指导酒庄规划建设、助力葡萄酒产业发展和推进区域乡村振兴具有重要借鉴意义。
The distribution and characteristics of the world's best vineyards selected in the past five years are analyzed.The number of New World vineyards selected as the best vineyards for five consecutive years is three times that of Old World vineyards.The planning,design and construction of New World vineyards highlight the characteristics of grapes and wines,which are mainly sited in the hills of the main wine producing areas,built on the mountains with scientific concepts,managed with sustainable planting ideas,and integrated with landscape design and hotel functions.Based on the above characteristics,these wineries have become the model of the deep integration of the first,second and third industries and is widely recognized,which has important reference significance for guiding the planning and construction of wineries,helping the development of wine industry and promoting the regional rural revitalization.
