摘要
对成熟的葡萄白粉菌闭囊壳进行了显微形态观察和测量统计,对闭囊壳的形态作出了描述。葡萄白粉菌的闭囊壳散生至近聚生,黑褐色,扁球形,直径为76.8～145μm,壁细胞为不规则多角形;附属丝为7～26根,长约224.9～628.5μm,上下近等粗,宽约4.45～9.6μm,有隔层,基部为暗褐色,上部无色且透明,顶端钩状卷曲;子囊3～6个,卵形、近卵形到近球形,无色,一般有短柄而少数没有柄,大小为(36.8～71.8)μm×(19.6～54.9)μm,内有3～7个子囊孢子;子囊孢子呈椭圆形,扁圆形,无色。
Some mature samples of Uncinula necator cleistothecia were observed and its morphology was studied in detail. Generally the mature concavo-convex cleistothecia are scattered on the surface of leaves, but sometimes they are clustered together. The diameter of cleistothecia is is in a range of 76.8～145 μm. The number of appendages per cleistothecium is 7～26, which is about 224.9～628.5 μm in length, and 4.45～9,6 μm in width. The upper part of appendage is transparent, its base is dark brown, and the top curls up into one or two and a half circles, Each cleistothecium contains 3～6 asci, which are oval or near oval or near spheroid in shape and have a short handle in general, of a size in a range of （36.8～71.8） μm×（19.6～54.9） μm, The number of ascospore per ascus varies from 3 to 7, and they are colorless and oblong.
