摘要
为了研究供气压力及供水压力对喷雾粒径大小的影响规律,自主研制了一种双流体喷雾装置,并对其进行了雾化特性实验。通过使用工业激光粒度分析仪分别在1 m、1.5 m处设置两组实验,计算体积中径VMD来表示雾滴粒径的大小及分布,同时探究了喷射距离对喷雾粒径大小的影响。实验结果表明,随供气压力的增大,喷雾的雾滴粒径随之增大;随供水压力的增大,喷雾的雾滴粒径随之减小,破碎更加完全;由于沉降的效果,雾滴粒径随喷射距离的增大而减小。通过自主研制的双流体喷雾装置进行的雾化特性实验取得了较好的效果。
In order to study the influence of gas supply pressure and water supply pressure on spray particle size,a double fluid spray device was developed and tested for atomization characteristics.Two tests were set at 1 m,1.5 m to calculate the medium-diameter VMD to show the size and distribution,and the effect of the spray distance on the spray particle size was investigated.The experimental results show that with the increase of the water supply pressure,the particle size decreases and is broken more completely.Due to the effect of settlement,the droplet particle size decreases with the jet distance.And the atomization characteristic test conducted by the independently developed double fluid spray device has achieved good results.
