摘要
托育服务作为一项基本公共服务事关婴幼儿健康成长,事关千家万户。基于Kano模型理论,采用托育服务满意度及其需求调查表,收集了欠发达的粤北S市0~3岁婴幼儿家长托育服务需求数据。根据Kano模型中的Better-Worse系数与平均满意度指标(ASC)确定了婴幼儿公共托育服务需求类型包括1个反向型需求、2个必备型需求、5个无差异型需求、8个魅力型需求、16个期望型需求,及各需求类型的重要性排序。基于上述分析,提出了加快普惠性托幼一体化服务、识别服务质量属性及其影响因素、强化从业人员专业教育与培训等托育服务优化策略,以期帮助托育服务供给者改善服务,更好地满足广大家庭对普惠均衡托育服务的需求。
Childcare services,as a basic public service,are related to the healthy growth of infants and young children,and to millions of households.Based on the Kano model theory,a survey on satisfaction and demand for childcare services was conducted to collect data on the demand for childcare services from parents of infants and young children aged 0-3 in S city,northern Guangdong province,which is underdeveloped.Based on the Better Worse coefficient and Average Satisfaction Index(ASC)in the Kano model,the types of demand for public childcare services for infants and young children were determined to include 1 reverse demand,2 essential demand,5 undifferentiated demand,8 charismatic demand,16 expected demand,and the importance ranking of each demand type.Based on the above analysis,optimization strategies for childcare services have been proposed,including accelerating the integration of inclusive childcare services,identifying service quality attributes and their influencing factors,and strengthening professional education and training for practitioners.The aim is to help childcare service providers improve their services and better meet the needs of a wide range of families for inclusive and balanced childcare services.
