摘要
立足我国的基本国情,结合国内外机构托育发展的历史和趋势,坚持大力发展机构托育,鼓励有条件的大中型企业在获得相关资质的情况下,在企业内自办或者合办托育机构;优化机构托育发展的政策环境和社会氛围科学理性地兴办托育机构,防止不必要的资源浪费;结合各地具体实际,走多元化的机构托育发展道路;加大对农村地区和贫困地区的托育机构和类托育机构扶持力度。
