摘要
为适应在线学习平台对教学资源管理、教学过程管理、教学评价管理等产生的新影响和带来的新变化,推动传统教育管理体制重塑,文章着眼教育管理目标要求,立足于在线学习平台特点,综合师资力量和学情学况,采取有效举措,调整教育管理目标,优化教育管理流程,健全教育管理体制,构建全新教育生态,不断提升教育管理总体效能。
In order to adapt to the new impact and changes brought about by online learning platforms on teaching resource management,teaching process management,and teaching evaluation management,and to promote the transformation of traditional educational management systems,the paper focuses on the educational management goals and objectives,the characteristics of online learning platforms,the integration of teaching staff and student conditions,and takes effective measures to adjust educational management goals,optimize educational management processes,improve educational management systems,and build a new educational ecosystem to continuously enhance the overall effectiveness of educational management.
