摘要
运用马克思主义科学理论分析智能时代的思想政治工作可以发现其遵循“劳动逻辑”“人学逻辑”“发展逻辑”等三重职业逻辑。运用TKS评估框架评估思想政治工作的职业现状可以发现其面临“劳动模式挑战”“角色定位挑战”“技能发展挑战”等三大核心职业挑战。职业逻辑和职业挑战构成了思想政治工作的职业图景。“因职施教”将职业图景作为人才培养的重要锚点和依据,根据职业图景变化革新人才培养模式,提出“数据治理教育”“人机协作教育”“终身学习教育”等三大关键路径,探索了一条智能时代思想政治人才培养的新思路。
Using Marxist scientific theory to analyse the ideological and political work in the Intelligent Era,it can be found that it follows the triple professional logics:the“logic of labor”,the“logic of human studies”and the“logic of development”.Using the TKS assessment framework to evaluate the professional status of ideological and political work,it can be found that it faces three major core professional challenges:the“challenge of labor model”,the“challenge of role positioning”and the“challenge of skill development”.Professional logic and professional challenges constitute the professional landscape of ideological and political work.“Teaching according to profession”takes the professional landscape as an important anchor and basis for talent cultivation.Based on the changes in the professional landscape,it innovates the talent cultivation model,proposes three key paths:“data governance education”,“human-machine collaboration education”and“lifelong learning education”and explores a new approach to cultivating ideological and political talents in the intelligent era.
