摘要
为提高导热绝缘聚乙烯电缆料的综合性能,本文以Si O2为导热填料、PE-g-GMA为相容剂、低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)为基体,加一定量的抗氧化剂1010制备了导热绝缘聚乙烯电缆料,重点研究了相容剂PE-g-GMA(添加量)在导热绝缘聚乙烯电缆料中的作用。结果表明,当相容剂的填充量为6wt%时,聚乙烯电缆料导热系数为0.725W·(m·K)^(-1)、击穿电压为35.1k V·mm^(-1);当相容剂的填充量为8wt%时,聚乙烯电缆料体积电阻率为3.63×10^(14)Ω·m、熔融指数为2.38g/10min、断裂强度为15.2MPa;当填充量为4wt%时,冲击强度最大。综合考虑,最佳的相容剂填充量为6wt%。
In order to improve the comprehensive performance of thermal conductive insulation polyethylene cable material,this article uses SiO2 as thermal conductive filler,PE-g-GMA as compatibilizer,low-density polyethylene(LDPE)as matrix,and a certain amount of antioxidant 1010 to prepare thermal conductive insulation polyethylene cable material.The focus is on studying the role of phase compatibilizer PE-g-GMA in thermal conductive insulation polyethylene cable material.The results show that when the filling amount of compatibilizer is 6wt%,the thermal conductivity of polyethylene cable material is 0.725W·(m·K)^(-1),and the breakdown voltage is 35.1kV·mm^(-1);When the filling amount of the compatibilizer is 8wt%,the volume resistivity of polyethylene cable material is 3.63×10^(14)Ω·m,the melt index is 2.38g/10min,and the fracture strength is 15.2MPa;When the filling amount is 4wt%,the impact strength is the highest.Taking all factors into consideration,the optimal compatibilizer filling amount is 6wt%.
