摘要
建立了小体积液液萃取-气相色谱质谱法测定地表水中7种甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂。7种甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂在5.00~400μg·L^(-1)浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.995,检出限为0.04~0.13μg·L^(-1),3种加标浓度水平下的加标回收率为87.7%~104.0%,测定结果的相对标准偏差均不大于5%(n=6)。本方法操作简便,所需有机试剂较少,测试灵敏度高,结果准确可靠,能够满足地表水中啶氧菌酯、嘧螨酯、肟菌酯等甲氧基丙烯酸酯类杀菌剂的测定。
A method for the determination of 7 methoxyacrylate fungicides in surface water by liquid extraction with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.The seven methoxyacrylate fungicides had a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 5.00~400μg·L^(-1),and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.995.The detection limits were 0.04~0.13μg·L^(-1),and the recoveries were 87.7%~104.0%.The relative standard deviation of the measured results was less than 5%(n=6).The method is simple to operate,requires less organic reagents,has high sensitivity,accuracy and reliability,and can meet the requirements for the determination of methoxyacrylate fungicides in surface water,such as ridoxyl ester,pyrimidin ester and oxime ester.
