摘要
采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈和酸性水溶液为流动相,使用C18柱和紫外检测器,在230 nm波长下对啶酰菌胺原药进行分离和定量分析。该方法的相关系数为0.999 9,标准偏差为0.35,变异系数为0.36%,回收率为99.0%。此分析方法简便、快捷、分离效果好,可以满足定量分析的需要。
A HPLC method was developed for the quantitative determination of boscalid technical, with acetonitrile and acidic aqueous solution as mobile phase, using C18 column and UV detector at 230 nm. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients was 0.999 9, the standard deviation was 0.35, the variation coefficients was 0.36, the average recovery rates was 99.0%. The method is simple, quick, accurate and suitable for the analysis of boscalid technical .
