摘要
上海市中心图书馆作为上海的一个综合性图书馆服务体系,旗下成员馆已达255家,服务网点近400个,已做到了成员馆之间基于上海市中心图书馆“一卡通”系统的线下互联互通。近年来,随着互联网的发展与读者实际需求的日益增加,部分成员馆依托O2O网络平台及“一卡通”系统,开始为读者提供线上借书服务。文章选取了目前上海几家主要的图书网借平台,介绍了其运营模式,对这些图书网借服务的创新优点和不足进行分析,对未来图书馆网借服务的发展提升路径提供思考。
As a comprehensive library service system in Shanghai,the library system of Shanghai city has 255 member libraries and nearly 400 service outlets,achieving offline interconnection and intercommunication among member libraries based on the library system of Shanghai city’s“one card”system.In recent years,with the development of the Internet and the increasing actual needs of readers,some member libraries have begun to provide online book borrowing services for readers relying on the O2O network platform and the“one card”system.The article selects several major book online lending platforms in Shanghai,introduces their operating models,analyzes the innovative advantages and disadvantages of these book online lending services,and proposes ideas for the future development and improvement path of library online lending services.
