摘要
科技进步与社会需求的双重驱动下,新质生产力理念在高等教育管理领域的应用日益受到学术界的关注。该理念以创新、协同、高效为核心,对高校资源配置、管理效率及教育质量的提升具有显著影响。文章研究表明,在实施层面,高校管理应着眼于理念更新、制度创新与实践优化,借助信息化技术、跨学科研究平台及创新创业教育体系的建设,深化新质生产力理念的整合。同时,持续的信息化建设、跨学科合作和学生创新能力培养是未来高校管理创新的关键方向。新质生产力理念的融入,为高等教育管理创新提供了新的视角,对高等教育事业的持续发展具有深远意义。
Driven by the progress of science and technology and the needs of society,the application of the concept of new quality productive forces in higher education management has been given more and more attention by the academic community.With innovation,collaboration,and high efficiency as its core principle,this concept has a significant impact on university resource allocation,management efficiency,and education quality improvement.At the university level,university management should focus on concept renewal,system innovation,and practice optimization,and deepen the integration of new quality productive forces concepts with the help of information technology,interdisciplinary research platforms,and the creation of innovation and entrepreneurship education systems.At the same time,continuous information construction,interdisciplinary cooperation,and the development of students’innovative abilities are the key directions for future university management innovation.The integration of the concept of new quality productive forces provides a new perspective for higher education management and has far-reaching implications for the sustainable development of higher education.
