摘要
以α,ω-二羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷(107胶)、碳酸钙、正硅酸乙酯(TEOS),二乙胺基甲基三乙氧基硅烷(ND-22)为原材料,制备了单组分室温硫化(RTV-1)脱醇快干型有机硅胶粘剂,考察了107胶黏度、正硅酸乙酯与二乙胺基甲基三乙氧基硅烷质量比、交联剂总用量、室温存放时间对RTV-1脱醇型产品性能的影响,并将制备的有机硅胶粘剂与RTV-1脱醇型钛酸酯体系产品进行了性能比较。结果表明:107胶的黏度会影响RTV-1快干型有机硅胶粘剂的固化性能,当其黏度为8000 mPa·s时,制得的有机硅胶粘剂固化性能最佳;当TEOS与自交联催化剂ND-22的质量比为1.5∶1,且其总用量为12%时,RTV-1脱醇型有机硅胶粘剂外观正常,产品固化深度、力学性能、初始扭力等综合性能最佳,常温存储6个月性能稳定;与RTV-1钛酸酯类产品比较,本产品表干时间更短,初始扭力值更高。
The dealcoholized fast-drying RTV-1 silicone sealant was prepared withα,ω-dihydroxy-polysiloxane(107 silicone rubber),calcium carbonate,ethyl orthosilicate(TEOS)and diethylaminomethyl triethoxysilane(ND-22)as raw materials.The effects of viscosity of 107 silicone rubber,the mass ratio of TEOS to ND-22,the amount of crosslinking agent and the storage time were investigated.The prepared silicone sealant was then compared with that of the RTV-1 dealcoholized titanate products.The results show that the viscosity of 107 silicone rubber affects the curing performance of the RTV-1 fast-drying silicone adhesive.When its viscosity is 8,000 mPa·s,the cured silicone adhesive has the best curing performance.When the mass ratio of TEOS to ND-22 is 1.5∶1 and the crosslinking agent is 12wt%,the silicone rubber exhibits the best comprehensive performance in curing depth,mechanical properties and initial torque.The rubber keeps stable after 6 months at room temperature.Compared with RTV-1 titanate rubber,the product has a shorter surface drying time and a higher initial torque value.
