摘要
以107硅橡胶为基胶,添加非卤素和氢氧化铝搭配的复合阻燃剂,重质碳酸钙等增量填料,研制了无卤素自流平阻燃电子硅酮胶。探讨了阻燃剂的种类、最佳配合比例、添加量及填料的量对性能的影响。该电子胶阻燃等级达到UL 94-VO级别,自流平,适用于电子电气元器件的粘接和灌封。
With 107^# silicone rubber as matrix resin,put into the halogen-free,and mixed compound flame-retardant,as well as heavy calcium carbonate etc. Incremental aluminum hydroxide fillers, prepared halogen-free,flame-retardant,self-levelling the silicone adhesive of electronic assembly. Its were discussed that kinds of flame retardant,best formula ratio,quantities and a amout of fillers for the influence of properties. That flame-retardant grade of electronic adhesive reaches UL 94-V0 level,self-levelling,and suit for bonding and sealing at electronic assembly.
