加速溶剂萃取-气相色谱质谱法测定土壤中氯化苄和苯甲醇

Determination of benzyl chloride and benzyl alcohol in soil by accelerated solvent extraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

摘要 建立了加速溶剂萃取-气相色谱质谱分析土壤中氯化苄和苯甲醇的方法。结果表明,优化的实验条件为:以二氯甲烷和丙酮混合溶液(V/V=2∶1)为萃取剂,提取温度为100℃,循环提取2次,氮吹浓缩至5mL。氯化苄和苯甲醇在0.2~20mg/L范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.995,方法检出限分别为0.02 mg/kg和0.04 mg/kg,3个加标水平样品的平均回收率范围为76.3%~97.6%,相对标准偏差为2.5%~15%。该方法适用于土壤中氯化苄和苯甲醇的测定。 A method for analyzing benzyl chloride and benzyl alcohol in soil by accelerated solvent extraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was established.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the volume ratio of dichloromethane and acetone of 2:1 in the mixed solution as extractant,the extraction temperature of 100℃,and the extraction process repeated of twice.Benzyl chloride and benzyl alcohol have good linear relationships in the range of 0.2 to 20 mg/L,with correlation coefficients greater than 0.995.The method detection limits were 0.02 mg/kg and 0.04 mg/kg for benzyl chloride and benzyl alcohol,respectively.The average recoveries of three spiked levels ranged from 76.3%to 97.6%,and the relative standard deviations were 2.5%to 15%.This method is suitable for the determination of benzyl chloride and benzyl alcohol in soil.
