摘要
玻璃体内注射是眼科常用的给药方法之一,国内外现已有多种药物批准用于玻璃体内注射,如抗血管内皮生长因子、糖皮质激素、补体抑制剂、纤溶酶和抗病毒药物等。通过对目前已获批的玻璃体内注射药物和超说明书用于玻璃体内注射的药物进行综述,为临床玻璃体内注射药物的使用提供参考。
Intravitreal injection is one of the commonly used drug administration methods in ophthalmology. There are various drugs approved for intravitreal injection both domestically and internationally, such as anti-vascular endothelial growth factor drugs, glucocorticoids, complement inhibitors, plasmin drugs, and antiviral drugs. This review summarizes the drugs that have been approved and those used off-label for intravitreal injection, providing the reference for the clinical use of intravitreal injection drugs.
