基于TRPV通道的辛味中药药理作用研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 瞬时受体电位香草酸(TRPV)作为一类重要的非选择性阳离子通道,与多种生理和病理过程密切相关。辛味是中药五味学说中的重要性味之一,具有解表、行气、活血等作用,主治病证多样。现代研究表明,众多辛味中药中的活性成分具有调节TRPV离子通道的功能。本文旨在从TRPV通道的生物学特性,辛味中药现代研究进程及其在炎症、疼痛等病理过程中的作用机制来探讨基于TRPV通道的辛味中药药理作用研究进展,以期揭示辛味中药的科学内涵,亦为中药药性的现代研究提供新的研究思路和模式。 Transient receptor potential vanilloid(TRPV),an important class of non-selective cation channels,is closely associated with a variety of physiological and pathological processes.Pungent flavour is one of the important flavours in the doctrine of five flavours in traditional Chinese medicine,which has the functions of relieving the epidermis,moving the Qi,activating the blood and so on,which has a variety of main treatments.Modern research has shown that the active ingredients in numerous pungent Chinese medicine have the ability to modulate TRPV channels.The purpose of paper is to explore the biological characteristics of TRPV channels,the modern research process of pungent Chinese medicine and its mechanism in inflammation,pain and other pathological processes.This paper discusses the research progress of the pharmacological action of pungent Chinese medicine based on TRPV channel,in order to reveal the scientific connotation of spicy traditional Chinese medicine,and also provide new research ideas and models for the modern research of Chinese medicine.
