“双碳”战略下环境工程新工科创新人才培养体系研究 被引量:2

Research on the Training System for Innovative Talents in Environmental Engineering under the Goals of Emission Peak and Carbon Neutrality Strategy

摘要 随着“双碳”目标的提出,我国对环境工程专业创新人才的需求越发强烈。基于新工科建设,结合我国生态文明发展的需要,重点论述了国内外环境工程创新人才培养的特点,提出未来我国环境工程领域创新人才培养框架,以满足可持续发展要求。此研究可以促进我国高校创新人才培养体系的完善和教育模式的创新,助力新工科创新人才的培养。 With the national proposal of the"dual carbon"target,the demand for innovative talents in environmental engineering in China is becoming increasingly strong.Based on the background of the new engineering discipline and the needs of China's ecological civilization development,this paper focuses on the characteristics of talent cultivation in environmental engineering both domestically and internationally.Combining with the current development status,a framework for innovative talent cultivation in the field of environmental engineering in China is proposed to meet the needs of sustainable development strategies.Relevant research can be beneficial to the improvement of the innovative talent training system and innovation of education models in Chinese universities,and assist in the cultivation of high-level cross innovation talents in the country.
