摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展,工业园区中使用的技术不断升级,园区规模不断扩大,以往使用人工对园区进行安全管理的方式逐渐变得乏力,并且需要耗费大量的人力、物力以及时间,难以适应现代化园区的管理需求。当前工业园区缺乏有效地对人、车、物的管理手段,主要安全隐患包括:陌生人员出入、车辆随意出入、火灾的发生。针对以上问题,文章采用基于人工智能的方式实现工业园区内的人员行为培训和检测、烟雾和明火检测、基于人脸的身份认证、车辆出入管理和数据集中管理等功能。文章使用PyTorch作为人工智能计算框架,使用YOLOv7算法实现智能检测,使用K3s容器编排技术实现服务的部署。系统经过模拟测试,能够满足不同规模的工业园区的安全管理需求。
With the rapid development of China's economy,the technology used in industrial parks has been continuously upgraded,and the scale of the park has been expanding.In the past,the use of manual safety management of the parks has gradually become weak,and it requires a lot of manpower,material resources and time.It is difficult to adapt to the management needs of modern parks.At present,there is a lack of effective management methods for people,vehicles and objects in industrial parks.The main safety hazards include stranger access,vehicle access and the occurrence of fires.In view of the above problems,this paper adopts a method based on Artificial Intelligence to realize the functions of personnel behavior training and detection,smoke and open fire detection,face-based identity authentication,vehicle access management and data centralized management in industrial parks.In this paper,PyTorch is used as the Artificial Intelligence computing framework,YOLOv7 algorithm is used to realize intelligent detection,and K3s container orchestration technology is used to realize the deployment of services.The system is simulated test to meet the safety management needs of industrial parks of different sizes.
