摘要
目的提高上海市医疗机构感控队伍工作能力,提升医疗机构感控质量。方法整合全市感控资源,依据ADDIE模型设计培训方案并对感控人员进行培训,培训内容涵盖院内全员感控行为培训与监督、消毒和环境监测、微生物监测和抗生素规范使用、流行病学调查与风险评估等。培训前后对全市医疗机构感控质量进行评价。结果培训前上海市医疗机构感控质量平均得分为(92.99±6.07)分,培训后感控质量平均得分为(94.46±6.76)分。结论基于ADDIE模型的感控培训体系有利于提高感控队伍工作能力,提升医疗机构感控质量。
Objective To enhance the working ability of infection control team in medical institutions in Shanghai and improve the quality of infection control in medical institutions.Methods Infection control resources were integrated across the city,a training program was designed based on the ADDIE model,and the training was provided to infection control personnel.The training content covered behavior training and supervision of infection control for all hospital staff,disinfection and environmental monitoring,microbiological monitoring,and standardized use of antibiotics,as well as epidemiological investigation and risk assessment.The infection control quality in medical institutions across the city was evaluated before and after the training.Results Before the training,the average score of the quality of infection control in Shanghai medical institutions was(92.99±6.07)points.After the training,the average score of the quality of infection control was(94.46±6.76)points.Conclusion The infection control training system based on ADDIE model is conducive to improving the working ability of infection control team and improving the quality of infection control in medical institutions.
