摘要
近年来海上风电的大规模建设,对高效施工的要求越来越迫切,针对传统的海上风电桩间距观测方法无法实现快速、高效的缺点,本文提出了一种自动化观测方法。采用最小二乘法拟合钢桩圆心,进而归算到设计标高处的圆心坐标,计算得到最终的桩间距,通过采用用户界面框架等技术进行软件编写,实现了海上风电四桩基础的桩间距自动化观测,相对于传统的全站仪直接观测方法,具有高效、准确、节约人力等优点,能广泛应用于海上风电的四桩基础施工,并具有良好的经济效益。
With the large-scale construction of offshore wind power in recent years,the demand for efficient construction has become increasingly urgent.In response to the shortcomings of traditional spacing observation methods for offshore wind power piles that cannot be quickly and efficiently implemented,this paper proposed an automated observation method that used the least squares method to fit the center of the steel pile and then calculated the center coordinates of the design elevation to obtain the final pile spacing.By using windows presentation foundation and other technologies for software development,the automated spacing observation of the four pile foundations of offshore wind power was achieved.Compared with the traditional direct observation method for total stations,the proposed method had the advantages of high efficiency,accuracy,and labor-saving,and it could be widely applied to the construction of the four pile foundations of offshore wind power,with good economic effect.
