摘要
为实现多色套准的数据化测量,提升套准调节的客观性,本研究提出了基于OpenCV图像处理的多色印刷品套准检测算法。首先,使用OpenCV算法对印刷品上的套准测量标记图像进行校正处理和圆心标定;其次,确定采集图像与印刷品实际尺寸的相互关系,完成单位像素尺寸的计算;最后,通过计算采集图像各色圆心坐标与标准圆心位置的水平、垂直像素偏差得到印刷品套准偏差值。在胶印机上,打印四色印品进行套准偏差值检测,根据检测值直接对四色套准进行调整并进行二次检测,其单色偏差在±0.02mm,证明了该算法的有效性。
To realize the data-based measurement of multi-color registers and improve the objectivity of register adjustment,a registration detection algorithm for multi-color prints based on OpenCV image processing was proposed in this study.Firstly,the OpenCV algorithm was used to correct and calibrate the registration measurement mark image on the printed matter.Then,the interrelationship between the collected image and the actual size of the printed matter was determined,and the calculation of unit pixel size was completed.Finally,the value of registration deviation of the printed matter was obtained by calculating the horizontal and vertical pixel deviation of the coordinates of the center of the circle of each color of the collected image from the position of the standard center of the circle.Printing four-color prints on offset presses for registration deviation detection,according to the detection value directly on the four-color registration adjustment and secondary detection,the secondary detection value of monochrome deviation is±0.02mm or less,which demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
