香榧提取物成分分析及其对小白菜生长的影响 被引量:1

摘要 香榧为我国特色的经济树种,其提取物含有多种活性成分,作为原材料在农业、化工、食品、药品等多个领域具有开发价值。为研究香榧提取物对植物生长及病害防控是否具有积极作用,本研究以小白菜为试材,利用气质联用技术测定香榧提取物的化学成分及含量,并通过在小白菜生长期喷施不同浓度的香榧提取物,探究其对小白菜产量、商品性及软腐病抗病性的影响。结果表明,香榧提取物中相对质量分数较大(含量≥1%)的化学成分主要包括D-柠檬烯、α-蒎烯等11种物质。喷施香榧提取物原液处理的小白菜,其株高、叶数、单株质量、产量等均显著高于对照,香榧提取物能够提高小白菜的产量和商品性,并能防止软腐病的发生,防效达79%以上。 Torreya grandis is a unique economic tree species in China,and its extracts contain various active ingredients.As a raw material,it has development value in various fields such as agriculture,chemical industry,food,and medicine.To investigate effects of T.sinensis extract on plant growth and disease prevention and control,this study used non-heading Chinese cabbage as the test material,the chemical composition and content of T.sinensis extract were determined by gas-mass spectrometry.The effects of T.sinensis extract on the yield,commodity and soft rot resistance of non-heading Chinese cabbage were determined by spraying different concentrations of T.sinensis extract during the growth period of non-heading Chinese cabbage.The results showed that the chemical components with relatively high relative mass fractions(content≥1%)in T.sinensis extract,including 11 substances such as D-limonene andα-pinene.The height,number of leaves,individual weight,and yield of non-heading Chinese cabbage treated with the original solution of T.sinensis extract were significantly higher than those of the control,which could improve the yield and marketability of non-heading Chinese cabbage and prevent the occurrence of soft rot disease,with a control effect of over 79%.
