摘要
随着剖宫产率的上升,术后胃肠功能紊乱已成为影响产妇康复的常见并发症。文章综述了剖宫产术后胃肠功能紊乱的病因病机,并分析了穴位按摩、穴位贴敷、穴位注射、耳穴压豆及艾灸等中医护理技术在促进胃肠功能恢复中的应用,旨在为剖宫产术后患者的护理提供参考。
With the increasing rate of cesarean section,postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction has become a common complication affecting maternal rehabilitation.This paper reviews the etiology and pathogenesis of gastrointestinal dysfunction after cesarean section,and analyzes the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques such as acupoint massage,acupoint application,acupoint injection,auricular point sticking and moxibustion in promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function,in order to provide reference for the nursing of patients after cesarean section.
