基于“脾胃升降理论”的中医适宜技术在胃肠疾病的规范化应用被引量：4

摘要脾胃是人体气机输布的中枢,脾主升清是脾运化、散精、统血、维系脏腑等功能的总结,若升清功能失常,治疗宜用“升清法”,如健脾以升清、理胃以升清、补肾以升清等,而灸法、穴位贴敷、中药蒸汽浴、沐足等作用于经络脏腑,协助发挥健脾、理胃、补肾以达升清之功。而胃通降失司、气机升降失调,宜用“通降法”,针刺、药物灌肠、中频治疗等外治法可调节气机升降,条达脏腑气化功能,祛邪扶正以疗疾。以此理论为指导辨证应用中医适宜技术协同治疗胃食管反流病、慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡、功能性消化不良、胃下垂、肠易激综合症、炎症性肠病、麻痹性肠梗阻、脓毒症胃肠功能障碍、术后胃肠功能紊乱、胃轻瘫综合征等疾病,通过升降脾胃气机、调理脏腑功能,临床疗效显著。 The spleen and stomach are the central organs for the transportation of Qi in the human body.The function of the spleen in promoting clear energy is a summary of the functions of spleen circulation,dispersing essence,regulating blood,and maintaining organs.If the function of promoting clear energy is abnormal,the treatment should use the“promoting clear energy method”,such as strengthening the spleen to promote clear energy,regulating the stomach to promote clear energy,and tonifying the kidneys to promote clear energy.Moxibustion,acupoint application,traditional Chinese medicine steam bath,foot massage and other methods act on the meridians and organs to assist in strengthening the spleen,regulating the stomach,and tonifying the kidneys to achieve the function of promoting clear energy.When there is a loss of control over the stomach and an imbalance in the movement of Qi,it is advisable to use the“Tong Jiang method”.External treatments such as acupuncture,medication enema,and intermediate frequency therapy can regulate the movement of Qi,achieve the function of Qi transformation in the organs,and eliminate evil and strengthen the body to treat diseases.Guided by this theory,suitable techniques of traditional Chinese medicine are applied to synergistically treat diseases such as gastroesophageal reflux disease,chronic gastritis,peptic ulcer,functional dyspepsia,gastric ptosis,irritable bowel syndrome,inflammatory bowel disease,paralytic intestinal obstruction,sepsis gastrointestinal dysfunction,postoperative gastrointestinal dysfunction,gastroparesis syndrome,etc.By regulating the spleen and stomach Qi and organ function,the clinical efficacy is significant.
