摘要 目的 通过医疗器械唯一标志(UDI)码实现检验试剂从采购申请、入库到使用全过程追踪,实现检验试剂的精细化管理。方法 应用医院耗材信息平台,供应商管理和维护检验试剂UDI码,通过扫描试剂UDI码制作送货单。利用个人数字助理(PDA)将检验设备固定资产二维码与试剂UDI码关联,实现二级库消耗管理,并精确到每台设备的耗材消耗情况。结果 通过上线UDI码扫描消耗,检验科对自身成本控制效率提高,管理科室对试剂的管理更加精确。结论 通过UDI码的扫描消耗,实现了医院检验试剂的精细化管理,试剂管理部门可实现从供应商出库到仪器消耗的全过程追踪,提高了试剂管理部门的工作效率和试剂的使用效率,为检验部门提供了有效的后勤保障。 【Objective】To achieve the whole-process tracking of testing reagents from procurement applications,warehousing to utilization through the unique device identification(UDI)code,realizing refined management of testing reagents.【Methods】The hospital consumables information platform was employed for suppliers to manage and maintain UDI codes of testing reagents.Delivery notes were generated by scanning reagent UDI codes.Personal digital assistant(PDA)devices were used to associate fixed asset quick response(QR)codes of testing equipment with reagent UDI codes,enabling secondary inventory consumption management that precisely tracks consumable usage for each individual device.【Results】The implementation of UDI code scanning for consumption monitoring has enhanced the efficiency of cost control in the clinical laboratory department and improved management accuracy for reagent administration departments.【Conclusion】The UDI-based scanning consumption system has realized refined management of hospital testing reagents.The reagent management department can track the entire process from supplier delivery to instrument consumption,significantly improving operational efficiency in reagent management and utilization effectiveness.This system provides effective logistical support for clinical testing departments.
