摘要
多环芳烃(PAHs)污染土壤的修复技术中,生物刺激通常被认为是最有效的方法之一.为探究生物刺激修复PAHs污染土壤中的养分比例和环境参数的最优组合条件,采用L9(34)正交试验研究了C/N、C/P、含水量和培养时间4个因素对菲和芘在土壤中生物降解的影响.结果表明,在9个不同正交组合处理下,菲和芘修复效果最好的组合降解率分别高达99.50%±0.14%和94.58%±0.85%.综合极差分析和方差分析得出,菲和芘降解均最佳的条件组合为C/N=20/1、C/P=100/1、含水量60%和培养时间60 d;四因素对土壤中菲和芘降解率影响程度均依次为含水量>培养时间>C/N>C/P,且含水量和培养时间对土壤中菲和芘生物降解的影响均达到极显著水平(p<0.01).总体而言,正交试验有利于筛选多因素、多水平下土壤中PAHs生物刺激修复的最优条件组合,在提高PAHs污染土壤生物修复效率中具有重要的作用.
Biostimulation is widely recognized as one of the most effective remediation techniques for soils contaminated with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs).An L9(34)orthogonal experimental design was utilized to investigate the optimal combination of nutrient ratios and environmental parameters for the biostimulation remediation of PAH-contaminated soil,which focused on the effects of four factors(C/N ratio,C/P ratio,soil moisture,and incubation time)on the biodegradation of phenanthrene and pyrene.The results revealed that under optimal conditions,the highest biodegradation rates of phenanthrene and pyrene were 99.50%±0.14%and 94.58%±0.85%,respectively,across the nine orthogonal combinations.Range and variance analyses also showed that the optimal combination for phenanthrene and pyrene biodegradation was C/N ratio of 20/1,C/P ratio of 100/1,soil moisture content of 60%,and an incubation period of 60 days.The relative impact of the four factors on the biodegradation rates of phenanthrene and pyrene was ranked as follows:soil moisture>incubation time>C/N ratio>C/P ratio.Furthermore,soil moisture and incubation time had significant effects on the biodegradation of phenanthrene and pyrene in soil(p<0.01).Overall,the orthogonal experiment effectively facilitates the identification of optimal condition combinations for PAH biostimulation remediation in soil across multiple factors and levels,which plays a vital role in enhancing the bioremediation efficiency of PAHs in contaminated soil.
