摘要
针对某大型养猪场周边农田土壤氮磷超标污染问题,采用植物-微生物联合修复技术进行治理。通过筛选耐受性强、富集能力高的狼尾草与根际促生菌株组合,建立了完整的生物修复体系。经过180 d修复周期,土壤中总氮降低62.3%,有效磷降低57.8%,土壤酶活性提升41.2%,pH值由4.2上升至6.8。修复后土壤各项指标达到《土壤环境质量标准》(GB15618—2018)II类标准要求,验证了该技术在畜牧源污染治理中的实用性。
Aiming at the problem of excessive nitrogen and phosphorus pollution in farmland around a large pig farm,plantmicrobial combined remediation technology was used to control the pollution.A complete biorerepair system was established by screening the combination of strong tolerance,high enrichment ability and rhizosphere growth promoting strains.After 180 days of repair cycle,the total nitrogen in soil decreased by 62.3%,the available phosphorus decreased by 57.8%,the soil enzyme activity increased by 41.2%,and the pH value increased from 4.2 to 6.8.After the restoration,the soil indexes met the requirements of the“Soil Environmental Quality Standard”(GB 15618-2018)Class II standard,which verified the practicability of the technology in the control of animal husbandry source pollution.
