摘要
南薯038是以广薯87为母本,以秦薯5号为父本杂交后筛选培育出的红心鲜食甘薯新品种。薯块纺锤形,薯皮浅红色,薯肉橙红色;干物质率29.23%,胡萝卜素含量32.40 mg·kg^(-1),VC含量231.0 mg·kg^(-1),熟食品质优;一般鲜薯产量2000 kg·(667 m^(2))-1左右,薯干产量550 kg·(667 m^(2))-1左右,耐贮藏,适宜在四川、重庆、贵州等地非根腐病、茎腐病发生地区作春、夏薯种植。
‘Nanshu 038’is a new variety of red-fleshed,table-purpose sweet potato that was developed through selective breed ing from a cross between‘Guangshu 87’as the m aternal parent and‘Qinshu No.5’as the paternal parent.The tubers are spindle-shaped with light red skin an d orange-red flesh.The dry matter content is 29.23%,the carotene content is 32.40 mg·kg^(-1),and the VC content is 231.0 mg·kg^(-1).It has an excellent cooking quality.The fresh root yield is about 30 t·hm^(-2),and the dried root yield is about 8.25 t·hm^(-2).It has a good storage property.It is suitable for planting in spring and summer sweet potato in regions of Sichuan,Chongqing,and Guizhou where root rot and stem rot are not prevalent.
