摘要
我国是消化道癌高发病率、高死亡率的国家。近年来,随着消化内镜诊断及治疗技术迅猛发展,消化道病理标本成为病理科送检量最大的标本类型,使消化病理专科也成为病理医师的巨大挑战。因此在病理医师的专科培训过程中,消化道早癌因发病率高、诊断规范性强、需内镜与病理医师紧密配合等特点成为培训的重点疾病之一。本文通过介绍我院消化内镜中心与病理科联合讨论的实施情况,探索该教学模式在消化病理专科培训中的应用价值,以期提高消化病理专科医师的教学培训效果。
China is a country with high incidence and mortality of digestive tract cancer.In recent years,with the rapid development of digestive endoscopic diagnosis and treatment technology,pathological specimens of the digestive tract have become the largest type of specimens submitted to the department of pathology,making the digestive pathology be a huge challenge for pathologists.Therefore,in the process of specialized training of pathologists,early gastrointestinal cancer has become one of the most significant diseases during the training due to its high incidence,normalized diagnosis,and the need for close cooperation between endoscopists and pathologists.This paper introduces the implementation of the co-discussion between the Digestive Endoscopy Center and the Department of Pathology in our hospital,and explores the application value of this teaching mode in the training of digestive pathology,in order to improve the teaching and training effect of digestive specialist pathologists.
