摘要
访企拓岗促就业行动逐渐成为高职院校加强校企合作、深化产教融合,实现校企无缝对接的重要举措。通过建立长期稳定的校企互动机制,让学校深入了解行业和企业实际用人需求,主动对接企业需要,为学生就业提供指导。访企拓岗活动不仅有利于学校根据企业需求动态调整专业建设方向,也可以加强师资队伍建设和“双师型”教师培养,推动专业课程体系与职业标准有机融合。因此,该文从构建访企拓岗促就业行动常态化机制的必要性入手,探索高职院校访企拓岗促就业行动常态化机制的构建思路。
By establishing a long-term and stable school enterprise interaction mechanism,schools can gain a deeper understanding of the actual employment needs of industries and enterprises,actively connect with enterprise needs and work environments,and create employment opportunities and provide support and guidance for students.Therefore,this article will start with the necessity of constructing a normalized mechanism for visiting enterprises and expanding positions to promote employment,and explore the construction ideas of a normalized mechanism for vocational colleges to visit enterprises and expand positions to promote employment.
