摘要
目的探究补阳还五汤对脑卒中的治疗效果。方法回顾性选取2022年12月—2023年12月泰安市中医二院收治的128例脑卒中患者的临床资料,按不同的治疗方法分成两组,各64例。对照组采取常规治疗,联合组在对照组基础上采取补阳还五汤治疗。比较两组空腹血糖、血浆黏度、血清总胆固醇指标及中医证候积分。结果治疗后,联合组空腹血糖、血浆黏度、血清总胆固醇指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗1、3、6个月后,联合组中医证候积分[(4.96±1.63)分、(4.85±1.25)分、(3.86±1.21)分]相较对照组[(6.05±1.86)分、(5.62±1.22)分、(4.63±1.18)分]更低,差异有统计学意义(t=3.253、3.527、3.645,P均<0.05)。结论脑卒中患者采取中医药干预可降低血糖、血脂等指标,减轻临床症状。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on stroke.Methods The clinical data of 128 stroke patients admitted to the Tai'an Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2022 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods,64 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the combined group received Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.Fasting plasma glucose,plasma viscosity,serum total cholesterol index and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,fasting plasma glucose,plasma viscosity and serum total cholesterol indexes in combined group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After 1,3 and 6 months of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the combined group[(4.96±1.63)points,(4.85±1.25)points,(3.86±1.21)points]were lower than those[(6.05±1.86)points,(5.62±1.22)points,(4.63±1.18)points]of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.253,3.527,3.645,all P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine intervention in stroke patients can reduce blood glucose,blood lipids and other indicators,reduce clinical symptoms.
