摘要
肺纤维化是一种以细胞外基质过度沉积为特征的慢性间质性肺疾病,是2019年新型冠状病毒肺炎重症患者的典型后遗症,也是间质性肺疾病的最终病理结果。现对近年来国内外中药单体、中药复方及康复、护理角度干预间质性肺疾病相关文献进行整理,归纳出多条相关通路,旨在为之后的临床组方用药与实验研究提供新的思路予以借鉴。将中医基础理论和现代药理研究机制相结合,共同推动中医药在防治PF方面的发展。
Pulmonary fibrosis is a chronic interstitial lung disease characterized by excessive deposition of extracellular matrix.It is a typical sequelae of severe COVID-19 patients in 2019,and it is also the final pathological result of interstitial lung disease.This article summarizes the relevant literature on the intervention of interstitial lung disease from the perspectives of traditional Chinese medicine monomers,traditional Chinese medicine formulas,rehabilitation,and nursing in recent years,and summarizes multiple related pathways.The aim is to provide new ideas for future clinical formula use and experimental research for reference.Combining the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine with modern pharmacological research mechanisms jointly promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.
