摘要
以硅酸四乙酯(tetraethyl orthosilicate,TEOS)和十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷(hexadecyltrimethoxysilane,HDTMS)为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备HDTMS改性SiO_(2)超疏水涂层,对其表面微观结构、化学元素组成与结构等进行表征,并对其疏水性能、自清洁性能、热稳定性及可重复利用性能进行评估。结果显示:随着HDTMS与TEOS物质的量比的增加,涂层表面的接触角先增大后减小。当HDTMS与TEOS物质的量比为0.12时,涂层表面的接触角为153°±0.5°,滚动角为1.3°±0.5°,具有最佳的疏水性能,且具有较好的防污特性与自清洁性能、20~100℃温度内,其表面的润湿性能几乎不受影响,稳定性良好,且具备可重复利用优势。综上,本研究制备的HDTMS改性SiO_(2)超疏水涂层性能优异,具有较大的实际应用潜力。
In this paper,a new method for the preparation of silver nanoparticles in green is proposed,and tea water is used as a reducing agent and protective agent to reduce silver nitrate,and silver nanoparticles are successfully prepared.The method is economical,simple and environmentally friendly.In this paper,the effects of tea dosage,alkali dosage,reaction temperature and other influencing factors on the preparation of silver nanoparticles were discussed.The optimal conditions were as follows:1 mL of 1%tea,1 mL of 1 mmol/L silver nitrate solution,and finally 0.25 mL of 0.08 mol/L alkali solution at 50℃for 20 min.
