摘要
为构建用于生物涂层材料的抗菌功能纳米纤维膜,介绍了两种碘化SiO_(2)纳米纤维膜的制备方法,并研究了其抗菌性能。采用静电纺丝技术,以正硅酸四乙酯为硅源制备了SiO_(2)纳米纤维膜(SiO_(2)NFs);将碘溶液加入SiO_(2)纺丝液中制备了不同浓度的一步法碘化SiO_(2)纳米纤维膜;将SiO_(2)纳米纤维膜浸泡在碘溶液中制备了不同浓度的两步法碘化SiO_(2)纳米纤维膜。测试结果表明:两种方法制备的碘化SiO_(2)NFs对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌都表现出了优异的抗菌活性;碘化SiO_(2)NFs与L929细胞具有较好的相容性,细胞毒性较低。认为:制备的碘化SiO_(2)NFs抗菌性能较好,可拓宽纳米纤维材料的应用领域。
In order to construct antibacterial functional nanofiber membrane for bio-coating materials,two preparation methods of iodized SiO_(2) nanofiber membrane were introduced,and their antibacterial property were studied.SiO_(2) nanofiber membrane(SiO_(2)NFs)was prepared by electrospinning using tetraethyl orthosilicate as silicon source.One-step iodinated SiO_(2) nanofiber membrane with different concentrations were prepared by adding iodine solution in SiO_(2) spinning solution.SiO_(2) nanofiber membranes were immersed in iodine solution to prepare two-step iodinated SiO_(2) nanofiber membranes with different concentrations.The results showed that the iodinated SiO_(2)NFs prepared by the two methods showed excellent antibacterial activity against escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus.Iodized SiO_(2)NFs had better compatibility with L929 cells and lower cytotoxic.It is considered that the prepared iodinated SiO_(2)NFs has better antibacterial property and could broaden the application field of nanofiber materials.
