摘要
目的 研究手术室绩效管理体系在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法 选取十堰市郧阳区人民医院于2022年1月—2024年1月期间工作的17名手术室护理人员作为研究对象。2022年1月—2023年1月采取常规管理,设为对照组;2023年2月—2024年1月采用手术室绩效管理体系,设为研究组。对比两组护理管理质量、护理差错、护理人员综合能力及对管理模式的满意程度。结果 研究组护理管理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组发生护理差错共1起,为术中低体温;对照组发生护理差错共5起,其中术中低体温2起,体位摆放错误2起,手消毒不合格1起。研究组护理人员综合能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组护理人员对管理模式的满意程度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论 手术室护理管理中应用手术室绩效管理体系,有助于促使护理管理工作质量的提高,培养高素质高水平的护理人才,减少护理差错发生,提高护理人员对管理模式的满意程度,确保护理管理工作的有序进行。
Objective To study the application effect of operating room performance management system in the man⁃agement of operating room nurses.Methods A total of seventeen operating room nurses who worked in Yunyang Dis⁃trict People's Hospital of Shiyan City from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.From January 2022 to January 2023,routine management was adopted as the control group;from February 2023 to January 2024,the operating room performance management system was adopted as the research group.The quality of nursing management,nursing errors,comprehensive ability of nursing staff and satisfaction with management mode were com⁃pared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing management quality in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).A total of 1 nursing error oc⁃curred in the study group,which was intraoperative hypothermia;there were 5 nursing errors in the control group,in⁃cluding 2 cases of hypothermia during operation,2 cases of incorrect position placement,and 1 case of unqualified hand disinfection.The comprehensive ability scores of nursing staff in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of nursing staff in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of operating room performance management system in the management of operating room nursing staff is helpful to improve the quality of nursing management,cultivate high-quality and high-level nurs⁃ing talents,reduce the occurrence of nursing errors,improve the satisfaction of nursing staff with the management mode,and ensure the orderly progress of nursing management.
