摘要
差异协同律揭示了系统物质世界的源泉和动因。世界文化是多元化的,文化的差异性、多样性也影响着世界大国关系。分析了东西方文化的差异和对立以及同一性,阐释了东西方文化的对立统一对世界大国关系的影响。作为东西方文化冲突焦点的中美关系,差异是关系演化的动力来源,协同是健康发展的路径,认为中美关系应该保持差异协同。从大国关系的动态博弈过程和差异协同规律出发,提出非零和博弈应成为国际准则。
The law of differences and cooperation reveals the sources and motives of the systemic material world.The cultures in the world are diversified,and the differences and diversity of cultures also influence the relations between world powers.The differences and oppositions as well as the identities of East and West cultures are analyzed,and the impact of the unity of opposites between East and West cultures on the relations between world powers is explained.As the focus of the East-West cultural conflict,the difference is the source of power for the evolution of the relationship and the cooperation is the path of healthy development.It is argued that the relationship between China and the United States should uphold the differences and cooperation.Starting from the dynamic process of game and the law of differences and cooperation in the relations between great powers,it is proposed that non-zero-sum game should become the international norm.
