摘要
目的探讨基于临床案例的小组讨论(case-based group discussion,CGD)教学法在泌尿外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法选取2023年9月—2024年8月在山东第二医科大学附属医院泌尿外科进行规范化培训的38名住院医师为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分为对照组(传统教学法)和研究组(CGD教学法),每组19名。比较两组在理论知识考试成绩、临床案例分析能力、手术技能考核成绩和教学满意度方面的差异。结果研究组理论知识考试成绩总分为(88.63±7.15)分,高于对照组的(82.47±6.82)分,差异有统计学意义(t=2.483,P<0.05)。研究组临床案例分析能力总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组手术技能总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组教学满意度平均分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CGD教学法能有效提高泌尿外科住院医师的理论知识水平、临床案例分析能力和手术技能,并获得较高的教学满意度。
Objective To explore the effectiveness of case-based group discussion(CGD)teaching method in the standardized training of urology residents.Methods A total of thirty-eight residents who underwent standardized training in the Department of Urology of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from September 2023 to August 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(traditional teaching method)and study group(CGD teaching method),with nineteen cases in each group.The theoretical knowledge test scores,clinical case analysis ability,surgical skills assessment results and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The total score of theoretical knowledge test in the study group was 88.63±7.15,which was higher than 82.47±6.82 in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.483,P<0.05).The total score of clinical case analysis ability of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of surgical skills in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average score of teaching satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CGD teaching method can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge level,clinical case analysis ability and surgical skills of urology residents,and obtain higher teaching satisfaction.
