摘要
目的探讨分层次分阶段实习教学在内科带教中的应用效果及对知识掌握水平的影响。方法选取2022年6月—2023年6月潍坊市荣复军人医院内科实习的58名实习生为研究对象,按教学方法不同分为两组,各29名。对照组采用传统带教方法,观察组联合分层次分阶段实习教学,两组带教4周后评估效果。比较两组教学质量、知识掌握水平及带教满意度。结果观察组理论考试(95.62±3.59)分、专业技能考核(96.11±3.42)分、课堂表现(95.26±3.43)分、作业完成(96.05±3.27)分及情境教学查房评分(95.77±3.29)分,高于对照组的(91.25±3.12)分、(92.39±3.06)分、(92.11±2.69)分、(92.63±2.69)分及(92.26±3.02)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.948、4.365、3.892、4.350、3.603,P均<0.05)。观察组知识掌握水平评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组对该教学模式总态度、提高应变力、激发学习兴趣、提高团队协作精神、提高对知识的掌握及提高各项操作技能满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论分层次分阶段实习教学用于内科带教中效果良好,能提高教学质量,提升知识掌握水平,且带教满意度较高,值得借鉴。
Objective To explore the application effect of hierarchical and staged practice teaching in internal medicine teaching and its influence on knowledge mastery level.Methods From June 2022 to June 2023,fifty-eight interns from the Department of Internal Medicine of Weifang Rongfu Military Hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to different teaching methods,twenty-nine in each group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching method,and the observation group combined with hierarchical and staged practice teaching.The effect of the two groups was evaluated after 4 weeks of teaching.The teaching quality,knowledge mastery level and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of theoretical examination,professional skill assessment,classroom performance,homework completion and situational teaching ward round in the observation group were 95.62±3.59,96.11±3.42,95.26±3.43,96.05±3.27 and 95.77±3.29,which were higher than 91.25±3.12,92.39±3.06,92.11±2.69,92.63±2.69,92.26±3.02 of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.948,4.365,3.892,4.350,3.603,all P<0.05).The score of knowledge mastery level in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group were higher than that of the control group in the total attitude of the teaching mode,the improvement of adaptability,the stimulation of learning interest,the improvement of teamwork spirit,the improvement of knowledge mastery and the improvement of various operation skills,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical and staged practice teaching has a good effect in the teaching of internal medicine.It can improve the quality of teaching,improve the level of knowledge mastery,and the satisfaction of teaching is high,which is worth learning.
