摘要
文章介绍了一起110 kV油浸式电流互感器轻微冒顶异常的处理过程。通过油色谱和介损试验分析发现电流互感器内部出现了故障,然后经停电后予以解体检查,发现其内部一次绕组绝缘纸局部老化并伴有局部发热放电和包扎工艺缺陷,最后总结了该设备在后续运维过程中应注意的事项,以期为此类设备的运维和异常处理提供参考和借鉴。
This paper introduces the treatment of a slight abnormal roof fall of a 110 kV oil-immersed current transformer.Through the analysis of oil chromatography and dielectric loss test,a fault was found inside the current transformer.Then,after a power cut,it was disassembled and inspected,and it was found that the inner insulation paper of the primary winding was partly aged and accompanied by local thermal discharge and wrapping process defects.Finally,the paper summarizes the matters that should be paid attention to in the subsequent operation and maintenance of the equipment,in order to provide reference and guidance for the operation,maintenance and abnormality handling of this type of equipment.
