内给电子体在Ziegler-Natta聚丙烯催化剂中的研究进展

摘要 非均相齐格勒-纳塔(Z-N)催化剂在快速发展的聚烯烃领域中具有广阔的应用前景。催化剂性能的提升主要得益于内给电子体的加入,这能够显著提高产率并改善立体选择性。本文概述了内给电子体在MgCl_(2)表面作用基础上的Z-N催化剂体系的研究进展,比较分析了内给电子体的作用机理,不同类别内给电子体的构效关系。此外,本文还总结了工业中非邻苯二甲酸酯作为环境友好型内给电子体的显著特点。最后,本文对新型内给电子体的发展趋势进行了展望。 Heterogeneous Ziegler-Natta(Z-N)catalysts have broad application prospects in the rapidly developing field of polyolefins.The improvement in catalyst performance is mainly due to the addition of internal electrons,which can significantly increase the yield and improve stereoselectivity.The research progress on Z-N catalyst system based on the surface interaction of MgCl_(2) was summarized,the mechanism of internal donors and the structure-activity relationship of different types of internal donors were compared and analyzed.In addition,the salient characteristics of non-phthalate esters as environmentally friendly internal donors in industry was summarized.Finally,the development trend of new internal donors was prospected.
