概述了用于丙烯聚合的Ziegler-Natta催化体系中内给电子体和外给电子体的最新研究发展,重点探讨了内、外给电子体用于丙烯聚合时的作用机理,催化剂活性中心结构和催化剂的动力学研究结果。还综述了外给电子体对Ziegler-Natta催化剂的立构规整性、催化剂的活性以及制备的聚丙烯的等规度、相对分子质量分布、热性能和等规序列分布等性能的影响。
The progresses in the internal electron donors and external electron donors for propylene polymerization with Ziegler-Natta catalysts were reviewed. The mechanisms of the internal electron donors and external electron donors used for propylene polymerization, and structure of the active sites and the catalytic kinetics of Ziegler-Natta catalysts were explored. What is more, the effects of the external electron donors on the catalyst activity, the stereo-regularity of the product polypropylene and its molecular weight distribution, the crystallization properties, and the isotactic sequence distribution were discussed.
