摘要
国内的催化裂化装置种类很多,但是按照产品加工类型分:主要有多产液化气和柴油(MGD)装置、多产柴油(MDP)装置、多产异构烷烃(MIP)装置、改善产物分布的灵活下行式FCC装置、多产丙烯(FDFCC)装置、多产低碳烯烃的重油深度催化裂化(DCC)装置、重油裂解制乙烯(HCC)装置和两段提升管催化裂化(TSRFCC)装置、最大量生产液化气和芳烃的(MCC)装置。
There are a lot of units of the fluid catalytic cracking.According to the unit of product processing,they are maialy divided as follows:the prolific LPG and diesel(MGD)device,the prolific diesel(MDP)device,maximizing iso-paraffins(MIP)device,improve product distribution and flexible downward FCC device,propylene(FDFCC)heavy oil deep catalytic cracking unit,the production of low carbon olefins(DCC)device,producing ethylenesystem of ethylene plant,the heavy oil cracking(HCC)device and the two stage riser catalytic cracking(TSRFCC)device,the maximum amount of liquefied gas and aromatic hydrocarbon production(MCC)device.
