摘要
县域城镇化在我国城镇化进程中占据重要地位,是破解城镇化发展不平衡不充分问题的关键所在。为此,以苏北地区为研究对象,结合层次分析法和熵值法,从社会、经济、资源、服务和信息5个维度构建苏北县域城镇化潜力评价体系。该体系涵盖目标层、准则层、指标层,旨在全面评估苏北20个县的城镇化发展潜力,明确发展重点,为推进苏北县域高质量发展提供方向。
County urbanization plays an important role in the process of urbanization in China,Moreover,it serves as a pivotal instrument in addressing the intricate issue of the uneven and inadequate progression of urbanization.Consequently,the current study focuses its attention on the northern region of Jiangsu province as the subject of investigation,and utilizing a fusion of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and the entropy method,an evaluation framework for county urbanization potential is devised,encompassing the multifaceted dimensions of society,economy,resources,service,and information technology.This system includes target layer,standard layer,index layer,and factor layer.The objective is to comprehensively assess the urbanization potential of 20 counties in the northern Jiangsu province,pinpoint development priorities,and steer towards fostering high-caliber development within these counties.
