摘要
在水布垭电厂机组扩修改造项目完成后,对4台主变压器进行维护检修。在检修过程中,识别出一系列新的问题,对这些问题进行全面的原因分析,并针对发现的具体问题提出定制化的解决方案。同时,对主变压器进行油中溶解气体分析和油简化分析试验,并对比大修前后的性能数据,以确保主变压器的可靠性。
After the completion of the unit expansion and modification project at Shuibuya Power Plant,maintenance and overhaul work was carried out on four main transformers.During the overhaul process,a series of new issues were identified.A comprehensive cause analysis was conducted for these issues,and customized solutions were proposed for the specific problems found.At the same time,dissolved gas analysis and simplified oil analysis tests were performed on the main transformers.The performance data before and after the overhaul were compared to ensure the reliability of the main transformers.
