摘要
500 kV变压器绝缘油含气量是油质监督的一项重要指标。国内外因变压器绝缘油含气量异常导致的重大设备事故屡见不鲜。在研究油中溶解气体组分和特性的基础上,从各个角度对变压器含气量增高和进气原因分析得出解决办法,并优化了流程。经应用于水布垭电厂04号主变B相绝缘油含气量增长异常事件的结果表明该方法是有效的,可供类似工程参考。
The gas content in insulation oil of 500 kV transformers is an important indicator for oil quality monitoring.Major equipment accidents caused by abnormal gas content in transformer insulation oil are not uncommon both domestically and internationally.After a study on the components and the characteristics of dissolved gases in the oil,possible reasons for the increase of gas content and the gas intake are analyzed.Then,corresponding treatment solutions are proposed and the treatment process is optimized.The proposed measures are applied to treat the abnormal increase of gas content in phase B insulation oil of the 04 main transformer in Shuibuya Hydropower Plant.It shows that the measures are effective and can be useful reference for similar projects.
