摘要
针对由超级电容和磷酸铁锂电池构成的混合型电化学储能系统进行了一次调频协调控制策略的研究。阐述了储能电站一次调频的下垂曲线,分析了一次调频的特性及参数整定方法,提出了混合型电化学储能系统的系统架构,并根据超级电容和磷酸铁锂电池的特性提出了超级电容优先的协调控制策略,给出了适用于实际工程的具体计算实例,对推动混合型电化学储能调频控制的相关技术发展和项目落地具有重要意义。
A study was conducted on the primary frequency modulation coordinated control strategy for a hybrid electrochemical energy storage system composed of supercapacitors and lithium iron phosphate batteries.This paper elaborates on the droop curve of primary frequency regulation in energy storage power stations,analyzes the characteristics and parameter tuning methods of primary frequency regulation,proposes the system architecture of a hybrid electrochemical energy storage system,and proposes a coordinated control strategy for supercapacitor priority based on the characteristics of supercapacitors and lithium iron phosphate batteries.Specific calculation examples applicable to practical engineering are given,which is of great significance for promoting the development of related technologies and project implementation of hybrid electrochemical energy storage frequency regulation control.
