摘要
根据华北电网"两个细则"对火电机组一次调频的性能要求,以陡河发电厂为实例,通过对DEH+CCS一次调频模式逻辑参数设置的分析,找出一次调频正确动作率低下的原因,并提出优化解决方案。
Based on the requirement of primary frequency performance stipulated in "Wwo Rules" of North China Grid Company Limited,taking Douhe Power Plant as an example,through analysis of logic and parameter of primary frequency in DEH+CCS mode,this paper found the reason for low rate of correct action of primary frequency,and put forward the optimization program.
