摘要
忻峪煤业采用沿空留巷技术解决煤炭资源回收率低、采掘接替紧张等问题。经理论分析、工程类比及数值模拟,确定合理的巷旁充填体宽度为1.0 m,并在2103工作面进行现场试验,现场监测结果表明:巷道两帮移近量最大值为38 mm,充填体侧顶底板移近量最大值为148 mm,矿压显现正常,满足矿井安全生产需求,具有较好的经济效益。
To solve the problems of low recovery rate of coal resources and tight replacement of mining in Xinyu Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,the author proposes the gob-side entry retaining technology,determining the reasonable 1.0-meter width of the roadside filling body through theoretical analysis,engineering analogy and numerical simulation,whose field test carried out at 2103 working face shows that the maximum approaching amount of the two sides of the roadway is 38mm,and the roof and floor of the backfill side is 148mm with normal mine pressure,meeting the mine safety production requirements with certain economic benefits.
