花生YABBY基因家族的鉴定与表达分析 被引量:1

摘要 YABBY基因家族是一类植物特异性转录因子,在植物形态建成、生殖器官的形成和发育、植物对激素信号的反应、光周期反应等生理过程中起着关键作用。本研究对花生YABBY基因家族进行挖掘和鉴定,分析其理化性质、保守结构、系统进化树和组织表达模式。研究发现花生的17个YABBY基因家族成员分布在10条花生染色体上,亚细胞定位预测其大部分基因定位于细胞核。系统进化树分析结果表明,花生YABBY基因家族成员与拟南芥、大豆相同,分为5个亚族,且每个亚族均包含与拟南芥、大豆的同源基因。花生YABBY基因的表达分析结果表明,YABBY家族参与花生不同生长阶段的生长发育,表明了每个YABBY基因普遍参与组织发育。通过对花生YABBY基因家族启动子顺式作用元件分析,发现花生YABBY基因家族启动子中含有多个顺式作用元件,表明花生YABBY基因家族参与花生的生长发育和多种逆境响应过程。以上结果为花生YABBY基因的后续功能研究奠定了基础。 The YABBY gene family is a class of plant-specific transcription factors that play key roles in regulating physiological processes such as plant morphogenesis,formation and development of reproductive organs,plant responses to hormonal signals,and photoperiodic responses.In this study,the peanut YABBY gene family was mined and identified,and their physicochemical properties,conserved structures,phylogenetic tree,and tissue expression patterns were analyzed.Seventeen YABBY gene family members were found to be distributed on ten peanut chromosomes,and the subcellular localization predicted that most of the genes were localized in the nucleus.Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the peanut YABBY gene family members were the same as those of Arabidopsis thaliana and soybean,which were divided into five subfamilies,and each of these subfamilies contained genes homologous to Arabidopsis thaliana and soybean.Expression analysis of peanut YABBY genes showed that the YABBY family was involved in the growth and development of peanut at different growth stages,indicating a general involvement of each YABBY gene in tissue development.By analyzing the cis-acting elements in the promoter of peanut YABBY gene family,it was found that the promoter of peanut YABBY gene family contained multiple cis-acting elements,which indicated that the peanut YABBY gene family was involved in peanut's growth and development and many kinds of stress-responsive processes.The above results have laid the foundation for subsequent functional studies of peanut YABBY genes.
